The problems we solve
Case study 1
Voiceover adaptation for a television network
An international television network wanted to adapt training videos for their engineers and asked VoxHub to adapt the training material. This was a bespoke request that followed an iterative and incremental process.

The approach.

VoxHub worked in close collaboration with the broadcaster throughout the project to control costs and to ensure that the project stayed on track. VoxHub sourced a pool of remote translators and reviewers who had an engineering background and expertise in video adaptation for streaming services. VoxHub transcribed 9,5 hours of video recording, translated a script of 84,000 words and sourced a voice talent.
VoxHub worked with a Post-Production partner agency to wrap up the final version of the videos. VoxHub worked round the clock to successfully deliver within the agreed timeline and budget.

Expanding the global presence of an IoT product
An internet giant contacted us in 2016 when they were looking for a consultant to project manage their international content for a recently acquired unicorn specialised in smart home products.
The organisation had planned its high-scale international geo expansion phase that required a consultant with a well-rounded experience. Tech linguist consultant Élodie Rousset took on the assignment and fulfilled the two-year long project.
The approach.
Élodie Rousset was assigned to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders based in California and worldwide but also worked with remote and distributed teams years before remote was the 'next normal' based in over 10 different territories to roll out a content strategy which objective was to provide high quality content and products to an international audience.

Business interpreting alongside executives for the deployment of an automated warehouse in France
VoxHub Consulting was approached to provide multilingual translations to fast track the opening of an automated warehouse facility in France in 2020. The organisation was looking for tech-savvy linguistic consultants who could understand emerging technology and who had cultural awareness to tailor specialist trainings for a large group that had invested in their solution.
The approach.
VoxHub took the time to understand the complex and unique requirements that included organising logistics, travels, and working on two different physical locations. VoxHub asked the right questions which resulted in a smooth and successful collaboration.
Solid project management knowledge was the key to develop a clear plan for the whole duration of the project. Completing this project in a timely manner was of the upmost importance knowing that the first lockdown and the end of the project happened almost simultaneously. VoxHub has used virtual remote setups since 2014 in a niche market and are now delivering fully remote programmes for the same organisation.

Case study 4
Realigning multilingual translations to improve user experience
An online printing company had been outsourcing localisation to various freelancers and agencies but had little control on the output and overall quality which affected the look and feel of their international websites but also customer engagement. The online business did not have any dedicated staff nor the niche industry knowledge to have control on the translation process. The company wanted to work with an in-house remote consultancy that could quickly understand their product, their audience and resolve their outsourcing dilemmas.
The approach.
This is a typical scenario for a number of organisations that are in the early stages of their international expansion phase and VoxHub knows how to tackle this challenge. VoxHub Consulting helped the online company gain back ownership of their content while the online company explored the short term and long term strategies that we presented to them to suit their company structure and their resources.
Case study 5
Pivoting to remote interpreting using the latest technology

In 2021 private organisations had to rapidly adapt to remote conferencing for business continuity. Travelling to attend in-person meetings and trainings with their overseas offices was a core part of their activity. Their challenge was to select then set up remote communications tools in the best possible conditions.

The approach.
VoxHub sourced a team of adaptable interpreters with experience in digital transformation who hit the ground running. Each team was led by a VoxHub lead consultant who oversaw the process for each account from start to finish. From planning the technical aspects, logistics, to staffing and sharing post-event evaluation with key recommendations.
